Bounds ColliderBoundsOBB

If the received SetGameObject instance has got a Collider (or Collider2D), these are the corresponding bounds.

Note, these bounds are always oriented bounding boxes (OBB) in local coordinates.

These bounds are only updated within Receive(GameObject) if the given SetGameObject is a new one or if AIMSteeringTag.UpdateLocalBounds is set to true.
